Newly opened in early 2021, Annie’s on Milford is a boutique accommodation provider which has been specifically designed with our guest’s utmost comfort in mind. We offer our guests private and comfortable suites in our small exclusive accommodation complex and our rooms are suitable for both families and couples. Located on the iconic Milford Road and just a 10-minute walk from Te Anau's town centre, Annie's On Milford is central to everything you'll need in Te Anau.
Choose your accommodation from our Studio Suites and Two-Bedroom Cottage, which are all positioned on spacious grounds with mountain views to the west. Our Two-Bedroom Cottage is perfect for families with two separate bedrooms to the living area. Includes modern, spacious kitchen facilities, bathroom and laundry, located in a private setting. Sleeps up to 4 guests.
Our Superior Studio Suites accommodate one or two guests and are larger than our standard rooms to give you more space to relax. They include King-Sized beds (twin available on request), modern kitchenettes, and bathrooms. Can be connected through to our Accessible Studio for up to 4 guests.
Our Standard Studio Suites accommodate one or two guests with a King-Sized bed, modern kitchenettes, and bathrooms. We can split the bed into two King-Singles to offer a twin room if required (on request).
